Returns are accepted if for any reason you're unhappy with the products you've purchased. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date received. Items must be returned in there original packaging and condition. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling when returning items. Discountdecorativeflags.com reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged or defective goods prior to replacement, exchange or credit. Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products. Merchandise which has been determined defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or similar item if within in the 30 day return policy period. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect.
Returns outside of the 30 day return period are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
