Can I place my order over the phone?
Absolutely, we love hearing from our customers! Please call (844) 493-1144 Monday-Friday between 9:00 A.M.- 5:00 P.M. EST and one of our associates will be happy to assist you.
How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel cancel your order before it ships. If an order has already been shipped you are subject to our standard returns and exchange policy, if you chose to return it. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when returning items.
Please pay close attention to your shipping address, confirming its accuracy. It is important your physical address appears the way it would in our carriers systems. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to inaccurate addresses.
How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted if, for any reason, you're unhappy with the products. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date received in order to receive a refund to the original payment method. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer packaging. Returns not received back in the original manufacturer packaging may be subject to a 25% repackaging fee.
Returns outside of the 30-day return period will receive either a store credit or a gift card code in the amount of the appropriate refund and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the order can be related to an account on our site, a store credit will be issued to that account. Otherwise, a gift card code will be sent to the email address on the order.
Customers are responsible for shipping and handling when returning items. Briarwood Lane reserves the right to inspect any claims of damaged or defective goods prior to replacement, exchange or credit. Manufacturer warranty or guarantee shall apply to all products. Merchandise which has been determined defective is limited to and will be replaced with a like or similar item if within the 30-day return policy period. Wind or adverse weather damage is not a product defect.
What should I do if I've received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item please email us and we will make arrangements to get the right item to you. We will ship the correct item to you in a timely fashion. In the corrected items package will be a return envelope with prepaid postage for you to return the wrong item(s) to us.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
In most cases, refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving your item(s) back. Processing time can take 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution.
How do you ship your products?
All of our items will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on weight and destination. Once an order is successfully placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation email. Once the shipment successfully leaves our warehouse, the customer will receive a shipping notification email which will include the package tracking information.
If an item is damaged or lost, please notify us via email and we will work to resolve the matter. Please notify us within 10 days from date of shipment if your package hasn’t been received.
